Get Off the Screen & Into the Green!
For kids entering 1st – 4th grades
Mondays 9:00-11:00
Led by licensed and experienced pediatric occupational therapists, this fun and engaging outdoor class is designed to help kids build essential life skills while connecting with nature. Each session is packed with playful, hands-on activities that support motor development, sensory awareness, emotional regulation, and self-esteem—all without screens!
Children will explore the outdoors through activities like nature scavenger hunts, creating bird feeders, designing a sensory path, gardening, and learning simple outdoor chores. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, strengthen coordination, and discover the joy of working with their hands and hearts in nature.
Whether your child loves dirt, bugs, or building things, this class offers a supportive and therapeutic environment to grow, move, and thrive—all summer long!
Eat, Breathe, THRIVE!
Wednesdays 9:00-11:00
Is your child a picky eater or often messy at mealtimes? Do they struggle with digestion, snore at night, or get winded easily while playing? Maybe they find it hard to blow bubbles, candles, or even their nose?
If any of this sounds familiar, we have a fun and effective summer class just for you!
Over 11 exciting weeks, your child will play interactive games and take part in creative activities designed to help their mouth and lungs work together more efficiently. Each week introduces new skills that not only support better breathing and digestion, but also encourage more comfort with different foods and textures. Plus, they’ll take home activities so the learning (and fun!) can continue between sessions.
By the end of camp, your child will have developed helpful new habits and enjoyed a summer full of laughter and growth—and you’ll walk away with practical tools to support them at home.
